How does it actually work? +
You give us your business name and city. We pull your Google Business Profile, design a tailored site, and email you a live preview within minutes. Like it? Pick a plan from $100/mo and your site goes live with your domain in under 10 minutes.
How fast can I be live? +
First preview in ~2 minutes after you submit the form. From paying to live customer-facing site is usually 5–10 minutes (mostly DNS + SSL provisioning, which we kick off automatically).
Do I own my domain and content? +
Yes, always. Your domain is registered in your name at your registrar — you pay them directly (~$12/year for a .com). The MainShop subscription covers the website service. Site content is exportable any time. If you ever leave, we send the domain auth code on request — no questions asked.
What if I already have a domain? +
Tell us at checkout. We'll point your existing domain at your new site via two DNS records. No transfer needed, takes about 5 minutes.
Can MainShop host my domain end-to-end? +
Yes. After your first 60 days you can transfer the domain in to our registrar (Cloudflare). We cover the transfer fee. Until then, keeping it at your registrar is the simplest setup.
Editing + AI
Can I edit the site myself? +
Yes. Sign into your portal, click Edit Site, change anything, and it redeploys in about 60 seconds. Or ask the in-portal assistant to do it for you in plain English.
Can the AI really sound like me? +
After a 2-minute tone calibration (3 example messages), yes. Customers don't realize it's AI. You can review every reply before it's published.
What if it tries to do something I can't deliver? +
The AI only books from a calendar you control, only quotes from a rate card you set, and only responds within the services you've defined. Anything out of scope gets escalated to you.
Pricing + cancellation
Is there a contract? +
No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time from the Customer Portal — Stripe handles it, no calls or emails required.
What if the site isn't great? +
You see it before you pay. After signing up, you have 14 days to cancel for a full refund.
How does cancellation work? +
Click Billing in your portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. We retain your content for 30 days post-cancellation in case you change your mind.
Marketing + reviews
Where are the reviews from? +
Public Google reviews of your business. We paraphrase themes — never quote individual reviews verbatim — to comply with both Google's terms and copyright law.
Will Google penalize my new site? +
No. Modern sites with HTTPS, schema.org markup, mobile-friendly design, and good Lighthouse scores rank better, not worse, than what you had.
Do you handle Google Business Profile? +
Yes — on Marketing, Sales, and Suite tiers. We manage GBP posts, photos, hours, and review responses for you.
Logistics
Will my emails work? +
Yes. Website tier includes email forwarding to your existing inbox. Sales+ includes a real custom mailbox on your domain.
What countries do you serve? +
Today: US, Canada, Mexico, most of Latin America, UK, Australia. We're expanding to the EU. If your country isn't listed, email us — we may already support you.
Is this HIPAA-aware for med spa? +
MainShop is HIPAA-aware on Sales and above — we encrypt PII at rest, use HIPAA-eligible email infrastructure, and offer a Business Associate Agreement on Suite.
