The service
We generate, host, and maintain a website for your business based on public information about it (Google Business Profile, your inputs). We register a domain on your behalf if you choose, in your name with your billing details.

Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of the MainShop AI Inc. platform. By signing up you agree to them. If you don't, don't sign up.

Subscription and billing
Plans are month-to-month, billed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Customer Portal — no calls, no emails. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds
Within 14 days of your initial payment, we'll refund the subscription portion in full on request. Setup fees and domain registration costs are non-refundable after registration.

Your domain and content
You own your domain and the content of your site. On cancellation we will, on request, provide the domain auth code so you can transfer it elsewhere. We retain a backup of your generated content for 30 days post-cancellation.

Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent the nature of your business, to host malware, or to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend the Service if abuse is reported.

Third-party data
Our generation pipeline uses Google Places data and AI models. We comply with the terms of those providers. We never republish individual Google reviews verbatim.

Warranties and liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes
We may change these Terms with reasonable notice (30 days for material changes). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
