MainShop, Inc. (“MainShop”, “we”) builds and operates websites for local businesses. This policy describes what data we collect from you when you use our marketing site, our preview tool, and our customer dashboard.
What we collect
- Account information you provide (name, email, business name, phone).
- Site content you upload (logo, photos, copy, hours).
- Lead information visitors submit through the sites we host.
- Usage analytics — page views, device, referrer — for our own product.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data.
- We don’t share lead data across customers.
- We don’t train external models on your customer content without consent.
Subprocessors
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for AI-driven editing. Each handles your data under their own security and privacy policies.
Your rights
Mail privacy@mainshop.ai to access, correct, export, or delete your data. We respond within five business days.
