Terms of service

By using MainShop you agree to these terms. They apply to the marketing site, our preview tool, our customer dashboard, and any sites we host on your behalf.

• Silver is a one-time setup fee. Your site stays live as long as your domain remains paid.
• Gold and Platinum are recurring monthly subscriptions, billable via Stripe.
• You can cancel monthly plans at any time from your dashboard. Sites stay live for 30 days post-cancellation.

You agree not to host content that is illegal, infringes copyright or trademark, defrauds visitors, or violates platform policies. Atlas, our review layer, may flag content for human review before publishing.

We target 99.9% uptime. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, but we’ll credit your account if monthly availability drops below 99.0%.

MainShop’s total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
